Bookings, memberships, and orders for pet stores
Know which pet is coming,
who will serve them, and how.
A pet store is more than retail. Grooming, boarding, and care consultations require the right time, staff member, workstation, and pet history. PetPlus connects the booking to the completed service.
A booking is not just a phone number. It must resolve to a store, pet, time, staff member, resource, and payment method.
Once these pieces are connected, the store knows whether it can accept the booking, who will handle it, which resource it will use, and how to settle and continue service afterward.
Choose the service first, then show times that are truly available.
Short grooming services reserve staff and a workstation by time slot. Boarding reserves a space across dates. A pet consultation may only need an arrival time. Each service follows its own booking rules.
Do not list every time. Show only options the store can fulfill.
After the customer chooses a service and date, the system checks the store, staff, and resource calendar, then returns bookable times. For boarding, it checks capacity across the entire stay.
- Timed service: staff + wash / grooming station
- Boarding: start and end dates + space / room
- Consultation: arrival time + contact details
Once the store defines how a service is delivered, the system can decide when another booking is possible.
Each service defines its booking mode, duration, resource type, staff requirement, payment rule, and eligible pets. Price is only one field; fulfillment rules determine whether a booking is genuinely available.
One customer may bring several pets,
and each pet has its own service history.
The customer record holds contact details, store relationship, discount plans, and stored value. The pet record holds species, breed, size, health information, and service notes. They are linked, but never collapsed into one note.
On the next visit, staff do not need to ask what happened last time.
Front-desk staff see customer benefits; groomers see pet profiles, vaccinations, parasite treatment, and service history. Top-ups, balance use, discount plans, and store ownership keep separate transaction records.
Payment and service completion
cannot be represented by one status.
Pet, service, and retail orders enter one order center, while payment, booking, fulfillment, and refund status remain separate. Front-desk payment, staff service, and manager after-sales work never overwrite one another.
After an order is placed, every role in the store knows what comes next.
The front desk confirms payment and arrival, staff begin the booked service, and completion updates fulfillment. Boarding and retail orders follow their own delivery logic, while after-sales and refunds remain attached to the original order.
Start by defining the services you offer, how customers book, and who fulfills each one.
We then configure service products, resources, membership benefits, and fulfillment around your actual workflow.
