Goals, action, and optional friend witnessing
A goal only moves when
today’s next step is clear.
WitMe turns one long-term goal into one to three repeatable actions, with clear schedules, completion rules, and evidence. Each action leaves a record, and a friend can witness it when you choose. The result is more than a streak: it shows what you actually did and how things changed.
Rule: one continuous 30-minute timer
Upload one photo and add a short note.
Goals often stall not because they do not matter, but because they never become something concrete to do today.
WitMe starts with the outcome, then narrows a long-term goal into a small set of clear, verifiable actions. Accountability is not about adding pressure. It gives completed work a record and makes the next step easier to see.
Keep only the actions that matter,
and define exactly what counts as done.
Start with a template or build your own. Each goal contains one to three actions with a schedule, reminder, completion rule, evidence method, and optional witness.
Do not just write down a wish. Decide how it will be carried out.
“Exercise regularly” is hard to act on. “Walk briskly four times a week for 30 minutes” is concrete. WitMe defines the rules up front so you do not have to renegotiate the plan every day.

Use a timer, photo, Health data, or a number—
whatever best proves the action.
Use a timer for continuous activity, a photo for a visible result, Health data for workouts, or a number for measurable outcomes. When witnessing is enabled, the friend checks only whether the submitted action meets the rule agreed in advance.

A friend checks this action against its rule; they do not judge the entire goal.
A friend does not monitor your whole life. They only check whether this action was completed.
You can complete the entire goal without inviting anyone. Witnessing is optional support; the evidence still gives you a concrete record of progress.
Keep both the progress and the missed weeks,
so you can see why the goal worked—or did not.
The growth report brings together completion rates, weekly rhythm, outcome changes, and key stages. Adjustments, slowdowns, and misses remain visible instead of being reduced to a streak.
The report is not there to make the numbers look good. It helps you set the next goal more realistically.
See which actions supported the outcome, when momentum slowed, whether witnessing helped, and what to keep or change next time.
Turn the goal you keep postponing into one step you can complete today.
WitMe combines action rules, progress evidence, and optional witnessing so a goal does not stay stuck in the plan.
