1. Service
WitMe supports a lifecycle from goals and stages through actions, check-ins, optional witnessing, outcomes, rewards or consequences, and growth reports. Witnessing is optional, is not professional auditing, and does not guarantee any result.
2. Account responsibility
An anonymous account may be created on first use. Registration verifies a phone number in mainland China or an email address in other regions. Keep passwords and verification codes secure. Do not impersonate others, transfer accounts, or use the service to infringe others' rights.
3. User content and witnessing
You are responsible for the truthfulness, legality, and necessary rights for submitted content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, irrelevant, or unnecessarily sensitive information about other people. Device records and friend witnessing support accountability and recordkeeping; they are not platform certification.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
WitMe Pro is managed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. The price, trial, period, and renewal terms shown by the App Store at purchase control. Subscriptions renew under Apple's rules unless cancelled through Apple before the current period ends. Apple handles purchase restoration, refunds, and subscription management.
When a subscription ends, existing goals and check-ins are not automatically deleted, but some Pro features may become unavailable.
5. Health and workout features
Workout records and routes are used only for evidence or scheduling features you choose. WitMe does not provide medical advice. Consider your own condition and consult a qualified professional if exercise may present a health risk.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false check-ins, act as a malicious witness, harass others, or expose another person's private information.
- Do not bypass or misuse service interfaces, entitlements, or access controls.
- Do not use WitMe for unlawful activity or to infringe third-party rights.
7. Changes and limits
We may change the service for security, compliance, maintenance, or product improvement. Networks, devices, Apple, Appwrite, or other infrastructure may cause temporary interruptions. WitMe is provided as available and does not promise that a goal will be achieved. Material term changes will be presented appropriately.
